Terms of Service
Effective August 4, 2026. By using Czarcade, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Use of the service
You may use Czarcade only in compliance with applicable law. You may not interfere with the service, bypass security, misuse accounts, infringe rights, distribute unlawful or harmful material, or use the service to create content that violates these Terms.
AI-generated games
Generation is probabilistic. You are responsible for reviewing prompts, generated games, assets, and outputs before using or sharing them. The service and AI outputs are provided as available and may contain errors.
Ownership of submitted and generated content
To the maximum extent permitted by law, all prompts, instructions, assets, feedback, generated games, source code, art, audio, metadata, and other material created, submitted, or generated through Czarcade are exclusively owned by Czarcade from creation. You assign to Czarcade all right, title, and interest you may have in that material, including intellectual-property rights. You grant us any additional rights needed to host, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, use, and commercialize it. Where assignment is not permitted, you grant Czarcade an exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to do so. You retain no right to use that material except as Czarcade expressly allows in writing.
Our service and third parties
Czarcade, its software, branding, and service design are owned by us or our licensors. We may use third-party providers for AI, hosting, analytics, and other operations; their services may have their own terms.
Availability, suspension, and changes
We may change, suspend, remove, archive, or discontinue any part of the service or content at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an effective update means you accept it. Questions can be sent through our contact page.
